Lucid Bots is focused on its Lucid Refresh RaaS model, which provides access to its systems through a subscription. The offering includes the Sherpa drone, Lavo AI pressure washing robot, Lucid Command software, training, job intelligence, and an equipment loaner guarantee. Operators can use the service to complete exterior cleaning work without making a capital purchase, bringing the contract while Lucid provides what’s needed to fulfill it.

Operators using Lucid Bots’ systems have generated more than $75 million in exterior cleaning revenue, with nearly 1,000 robots deployed. Lucid Bots reports deployments across varied buildings, surfaces, and weather conditions. Customers range from independent operators to enterprise organizations, including Disney and Sunbelt Rentals.

🌀 Tom’s Take:

Selling robots is one thing; giving operators a way to use them without upfront cost is another. The subscription model removes the barrier to entry and scales with the work getting done.
