Diesel and Ultrahuman Launch Limited Edition Smart Ring Collection
- Diesel’s Double-D design merges with Ultrahuman’s health tech in two new smart ring variants.
- The smart rings feature activity, stress, sleep, and reproductive tracking, combining fashion with continuous health insights.
Ultrahuman has partnered with fashion brand Diesel on a limited-edition release of its smart ring. The Diesel Ultrahuman Ring combines Diesel's bold design identity with Ultrahuman’s biometric sensing technology. Available in two variants, Phantom and Cryo, the partnership reimagines wearable health through distinctive material finishes and Diesel’s iconic Double-D styling.

Phantom features a dark, distressed aesthetic, described as “industrial at heart, refined in form,” while Cryo offers a shiny, icy tone designed for a sleeker visual presence. Both variants incorporate Ultrahuman’s full sensor suite, including a 6-axis motion sensor, PPG with red, green, and infrared LEDs, and a non-contact medical-grade temperature sensor, powered by a 24mAh battery lasting up to 6 days.
Like all Ultrahuman rings, both Diesel variants deliver continuous health metrics, including sleep quality, stress levels, recovery signals, movement patterns, and ovulation insights. The ring is available in most markets worldwide, but it is not sold in the U.S. because of an ongoing patent dispute with Oura.
🌀 Tom’s Take:
Diesel’s been in the wearable game since 2017, first with Android Wear smartwatches and later with the Full Guard 2.5 in 2018. This ring collab with Ultrahuman marks a stylish return, this time with sensors, not screens.
