  • Three Space Lab secured $3 million in Seed funding to scale its ultra-realistic VR visualization tool for luxury properties.
  • The company will grow its global sales team and accelerate AI development to support expansion into key international markets.

Three Space Lab (3SL) announced a $3 million Seed round led by Arminius Verwaltung to enhance its AI and VR-driven real estate platform. Founded by former MIT researcher Scott W. Greenwald, Ph.D., the company offers immersive visualizations for off-plan and remote luxury properties.

3SL’s proprietary solution delivers controller-free, guided VR tours that recreate the experience of visiting a physical show unit from a buyer’s living room. Housed in a mobile briefcase kit, the offline-ready hardware supports fully immersive presentations in any setting, from sales galleries to expos to private homes, featuring high-end visuals, spatial audio, and a story-driven design. The approach allows developers to launch off-plan sales earlier and reach a wider global buyer base.

Funding will be used to scale global operations and develop AI capabilities that reduce costs and speed up execution. The company plans to target markets in North America, Europe, and the Middle East, with an initial focus on Miami, St. Tropez, and Dubai.

🌀 Tom’s Take:

VR is tailor-made for real estate, especially when showcasing luxury properties to remote buyers across borders. It lets users experience each room in full 360 degrees, offering a deeper feel for both built homes and those still in the design phase.
