Mobileye Acquires Mentee Robotics to Expand Physical AI Capabilities
Mobileye has announced that it has agreed to acquire Mentee Robotics for $900 million in cash and stock to expand its presence in physical AI. Mentee’s humanoid platform and AI software will be combined with Mobileye’s production infrastructure and autonomy stack.
