  • PETKIT introduced a new lineup of AI-powered pet devices that use vision to track daily behavior.
  • The system captures feeding, drinking, and litter box activity to generate individualized health data.

Global pet tech company PETKIT has released a new set of AI-enabled devices that go beyond routine automation to support health tracking in pets. The system includes feeders, fountains, and litter boxes, each equipped with an AI camera, designed to capture daily activity and build a trackable health profile for each pet. The company says the goal is to help pet owners catch health changes that may otherwise go unnoticed, especially in cats where health issues often develop without visible symptoms.

One of the new devices, the Eversweet Ultra, is a water fountain that uses facial recognition to identify individual pets and track their drinking habits. Designed for multi-pet households, it logs separate hydration patterns over time. The fountain also separates clean and waste water to help reduce the risk of contamination.

PETKIT is also introducing its first robotic wet food feeder, the Yumshare Daily Feast. A 1080p wide-angle AI camera with facial recognition monitors which pet is eating and tracks feeding behavior over time. Built-in sensors log uneaten food, while UVC sanitization and NFC freshness tracking are used to keep meals safe and within their freshness window.

Rounding out the lineup is the Purobot Crystal Duo, an open-top automatic litter box equipped with an AI camera and designed to detect changes in litter box activity. It can detect signs such as runny stool, vocalizations, and abnormal pH levels, which may indicate urinary or kidney issues.

Activity data from all three devices feeds into the PETKIT app, where it's compiled into health cards and behavior timelines for each pet. The full system will debut next week on the CES 2026 show floor, where PETKIT will offer live demonstrations.

🌀 Tom’s Take:

AI and vision are shifting smart devices from automation to observation. Instead of just performing tasks, they’re starting to collect data that reflects real-world behavior, increasing their value.
