Co-founded by Navjeet Chhina, Paulin Byusa (ex-Meta), and Miran Brajsa (ex-Verizon), the company says it built Nucleus4D to replace complex, manual capture workflows with a single pipeline that produces everything from immersive tours to structured spatial data. The system uses one on-site scan to generate high-fidelity digital twins through a combination of 3D Gaussian splatting and AI reconstruction.

Since launching in Q3 2025, the company says it has processed over 25 million square feet of space and became the first 3DGS company approved to list immersive experiences on a major real estate platform. The new funding is expected to be used to support team expansion, infrastructure scale-up, and continued development of the company’s web viewer, collaboration tools, and spatial data engine.

🌀 Tom’s Take:

Nucleus4D isn’t just offering tours. It positions itself as spatial infrastructure, turning one capture into reusable data for both humans and machines.
