Mynd Immersive has announced a major expansion of its digital therapeutics platform, deploying XR-powered care to over 150 senior living communities across the U.S. The rollout—backed by Select Rehabilitation, HTC VIVE, and AT&T—represents the largest deployment of immersive therapeutics in senior care history.

The MyndXR platform, delivered via HTC’s lightweight XR Elite headset, brings immersive environments into physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Patients engage in dynamic, evidence-based exercises designed to improve range of motion, cognitive function, and overall well-being through spatial computing.

With over 45,000 residents reached and average deployment speeds of 25 new communities per week, Mynd is setting a new bar for clinically validated, XR-enabled care.
