Meta Opens Its Fourth Retail Location with Meta Lab NYC

Meta has opened its latest retail space in New York. Like its other locations, the Meta Lab NYC is a retail space where visitors can experience its latest AI glasses and VR headsets, access demos, get in-person product fittings, and shop for exclusive hardware. The NYC shop is the fourth physical retail location for Meta.
On the shelves are Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, Meta Quest 3, gear, and the Ray-Ban Meta glasses. This includes the limited edition Matte Transparent Ray‑Ban Meta Wayfarer, which can only be purchased at retail locations.
Like its flagship LA location, the retail space is more than just a place for tech. The NYC store features a coffee shop serving drinks by Buddies Coffee Roasters and is designed to reflect the culture of the city. Created in partnership with Zoo York, the store features an archival wall that highlights the NYC skate culture from the 1960s to today. It also features a multi-dimensional mural and art from pro skater Zered Bassett's "Paper Skaters" series. Located on Fifth Avenue, Meta Lab NYC is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

With wearables still a new consumer category, physical retail plays a key role in giving consumers a chance to go on with AI and XR tech. It is also necessary for glasses that require fittings and IPD measurement.
