  • Red Bull launches a new immersive video series on December 4, starting with a freeskiing experience in British Columbia.
  • Apple and Real Madrid will release an exclusive documentary next year, filmed during the 2025–26 Champions League season.

Apple has announced new sports-related content to join its growing catalog of immersive video for Vision Pro. This includes the return of Red Bull, which is introducing World of Red Bull, a series about extreme sports. The debut episode, Backcountry Skiing, premieres December 4 and transports viewers into the remote slopes of Revelstoke, British Columbia. Shot using the Apple Immersive Format, the 11-minute film features three elite freeskiers navigating untouched wilderness terrain.

Apple has also announced that it is partnering with Real Madrid on an exclusive immersive documentary set to launch in 2026. The project was filmed during the 2025–26 Champions League campaign, using more than 30 Blackmagic immersive cameras. The documentary brings fans inside the club with a level of access they haven’t experienced before.

These projects are part of a broader slate of spatial content available through Apple Vision Pro. New additions also include No Brainer, a music video from Dallas collective Cure for Paranoia, which was filmed using the Blackmagic URSA Cine Immersive;  The Fine Dining Bakery, a short immersive documentary about the strawberry watermelon cake, with a companion book by filmmakers Ben Allan and Clara Chong releasing exclusively on Apple Books the same day; and Fantastic Four: First Steps in 3D also debuts Friday, placing viewers in a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world as Marvel’s first family begins their journey.

🌀 Tom’s Take:

Apple’s continued rollout of immersive content shows a clear bet on spatial storytelling and entertainment as a key offering of Vision Pro.
