- The AMD-powered device supports AAA games and includes detachable controllers, a magnetic keyboard, and an adjustable stand.
DIGIERA unveiled HoloMax at IFA 2025, calling it "the first glasses-free 3D handheld gaming PC". The device features a 120Hz display with real-time eye-tracking and an onboard engine that transforms 2D games, videos, and photos into stereoscopic 3D instantly, requiring no glasses or special software.
It runs on an AMD Ryzen AI9 HX370 processor with Radeon graphics, paired with up to 64GB RAM and 4TB SSD storage. The hardware supports high-performance titles and multitasking, while magnetic detachable controllers, a snap-on keyboard, and a stand enable handheld, player, and desktop modes. The 80Wh battery offers up to 10 hours of use.
DIGIERA states that HoloMax supports nearly all PC games in 3D, including Baldur’s Gate 3 and Resident Evil 4 Remake. A Kickstarter campaign is expected to launch in October 2025, with super early bird pricing starting from $1699.
🌀 Tom’s Take:
Autostereoscopic displays offer a practical alternative to headset-based 3D by delivering depth directly through the screen, no wearables, no setup, just instant immersion.
