Dexterity Launches Mech, the World’s First Industrial Superhumanoid

Dexterity has unveiled Mech, a groundbreaking industrial robot engineered to handle physically demanding, repetitive tasks in warehouses and logistics centers. Built with two powerful arms and mounted on a mobile rover, Mech combines human dexterity with superhuman strength, lifting up to 130 lbs and placing loads up to 8 feet high.
Mech runs Dexterity’s Physical AI on an onboard supercomputer, coordinating hundreds of AI models to plan, lift, and manipulate a wide variety of items — from heavy boxes to delicate, crushable packages. The system also leverages up to 16 onboard cameras for high-precision perception and navigation across complex industrial environments.
Operable with a single press of a button, one worker can manage up to 10 Mechs simultaneously. The robot is designed to work natively in brownfield environments, integrating with legacy systems and performing tasks like truck loading, palletizing, and order picking. Its modular architecture supports software updates through task-specific apps — starting with a dedicated truck-loading module available at launch.
