Brilliant Labs has released a major update to its Frame SDK, introducing a redesigned toolkit aimed at making development simpler and more flexible. The new version features two dedicated paths: one for Python, suited for full PC-based development, and another for Flutter, built for mobile workflows.
According to the company, the overhaul improves how the SDK works and includes clearer documentation. Both toolkits offer low-level Bluetooth LE libraries and higher-level messaging tools for sending rich content like images, text, and sensor data to Frame.
To showcase what’s possible with the update, Brilliant Labs highlighted a community-built project developed with the new SDK. The company says it’s part of a broader push to make building with Frame more accessible and intuitive.
